Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple restaurants across Central Illinois. This hands-on, multi-unit leadership role focuses on driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and people development while ensuring guest experiences and brand consistency.

The successful candidate will coach General Managers, monitor P&L, control costs, and travel between locations to provide on-site support in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
• Proven success in sales growth, P&L management, and team development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
