As General Manager, you'll lead the restaurant's success, oversee daily operations, manage financial performance, and foster a culture of exceptional guest service and team development.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, food safety compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
Financial Accountability: Manage the restaurant's P&L, control labor and food costs, drive sales growth, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members and shift leaders while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels, place accurate vendor orders, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of restaurant management experience as a General Manager or high‑performing Assistant General Manager within a high‑volume fast casual or QSR environment.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant metrics, inventory management, labor scheduling, food cost control, and P&L management.
Leadership Style: Hands‑on leader who leads by example, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and builds high‑performing teams.
Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or equivalent food safety certification) required.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
