Job summary

MG Properties Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Aya Apartments in Fremont, CA. You will perform maintenance tasks across trades, respond to service requests, and help keep apartments in excellent condition for residents.

The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. On-call rotation and a competitive compensation package are provided.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint and apartment turnovers as needed.
• Answer emergency calls during on-call shifts.
