Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week.
• Must obtain CDL within six months of employment if not already licensed.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing or mechanical trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete skilled work assignments in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, masonry, roofing, drywall, HVAC and concrete work.
• Perform material estimating and purchases as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment such as a compact loader or skid steer when required.
• Adhere to safety and drug/alcohol testing policies.
