Job summary

Hope Is Alive is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oklahoma City, OK to protect and maintain homes, offices, and equipment across our regional markets. You will perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, manage schedules, and collaborate with donors and volunteers to keep facilities in optimal condition.

Daily tasks include updating trackers, responding to issues within 24 hours, and coordinating with the Programs and Assets teams for events.

Qualifications

Experience with trade skills across multiple trades.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to out-of-state markets.
Strong scheduling and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Check and update project trackers.
Maintain and establish a work schedule.
Perform repairs efficiently across trades.
Report progress to Program managers via calls and maintenance tracker.
Respond to household failures within 24 hours (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water heater).
Document daily activities in Slack.
Complete Monthly Routine Maintenance on all Regional Homes.
Relay house concerns to PM, Direct report and Director of Assets via email.
Coordinate with Events Team for HIA hosted events and provide tech/setup support.
