Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of properties and preparation of vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance in uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the end of each workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs from evictions and respond to service requests.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Application of common sense understanding to instructions
