You will work independently on a variety of tasks, using hand and power tools, and you will need strong problem-solving and communication skills to satisfy customers.

The role requires 3–5 years in multiple trades, a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and the ability to estimate time and cost. OSHA-10 within 90 days, own tools, and a background check are needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in multiple trades.
• Have current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own truck or van.
• Experience providing estimates and billing preferred.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Be able to become OSHA 10 Certified after 90 days.
• Own your own tools.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with technology – Service Titan a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Execute precise workmanship across wood, metal, ceramics, or textiles per project.
• Choose materials based on properties, durability, and aesthetics to fit design and client needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency with hand and power tools and keep them safe and maintained.
• Maintain a 4.5-star average from customer reviews and deliver top customer experience.
