Youbll tackle residential repairs and remodeling projects across our service area, with work scheduled by the team and a focus on quality customer service. Ideal candidates bring proven carpentry skills, multi-trade knowledge, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman.
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades, including: drywall, painting, tile, flooring, basic plumbing, basic electrical.
• Home inspection or estimating experience is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own a standard set of professional tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of residential repairs and maintenance.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items.
• Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
