Qualifications

• One year of experience that provided knowledge of general maintenance practices involving upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment.
• Three years of general maintenance work across trades including electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related safety practices.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations concerning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work in two or more trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Repairs and maintains building systems and fixtures; interprets blueprints and manuals.
• Completes work orders, maintains records, and follows supervisor directions.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and environmental regulations during tasks.
• Occasionally travels or shifts may include non-standard hours.
