Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking five experienced Access Control / Low Voltage Security Technicians for a commercial retrofit project in Phoenix. You will replace and upgrade existing access control systems, install field devices, terminate low-voltage wiring, and commission door hardware.

The role involves working with Software House iSTAR Ultra G2 controllers, HID Signo readers, and Altronix power supplies in a commercial/industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial low-voltage or access control experience required.
• Able to read construction drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience terminating low-voltage cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace access control hardware and controllers.
• Install Software House iSTAR Ultra G2 GCM, ACM, and I8 boards.
• Install HID Signo readers and door hardware.
• Terminate low-voltage cabling and power supplies.
• Test badge reads and alarm functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safety.
