Income ranges from $54,000 to $60,000 per year with benefits, bonuses and advancement opportunities. Must have tools and a valid driver's license; residence within 25–35 miles of Fairfield.

Qualifications

• Experience as Carpenter/ Artisan; estimation skills preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools and a vehicle
• Residence within 25-35 miles of Fairfield/Orange
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, and light plumbing/electrical
• Provide high level customer service and professional conduct
