You'll handle carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical troubleshooting using your own tools, while avoiding lead generation, scheduling, or billing tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, or carpentry.
• Hands-on skills in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical troubleshooting.
• Your own standard set of professional hand and power tools.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential properties in Hartford and New London counties and surrounding areas to complete a variety of small-to-medium repair projects.
• Evaluate repair needs and explain solutions to homeowners.
• Perform hands-on work across multiple trades.
