ACE Handyman Services of Cleveland is seeking a Carpenter & General Handyman to join our growing team. Part-time with growth to full-time in Cleveland, OH. We handle scheduling, estimating, and communication with customers so you can focus on quality craftsmanship.

Must have 10+ years in home improvement, strong finish carpentry skills, and the ability to work across multiple trades. Flexible schedule; no nights or weekends. W-2 employment with potential to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

10+ years of direct experience in home improvement or residential construction.
Strong finish carpentry skills.
Experience across multiple trades including drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage homeowner expectations and accurately estimate labor and materials.

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry projects.
Install and replace doors and trim.
Complete drywall repairs and painting projects.
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Complete general home maintenance and repair tasks.
Handle minor roofing, siding, and exterior trim repairs.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and manage expectations.
