Candidates should have 5–7 years experience, own tools and transportation, a valid driver license with clean driving record, and strong time management and communication skills. Year-round work with compensation $45,000 to over $55,000.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional home and commercial maintenance, repair and improvement work.
• Proficient at trim work, door installations, deck repairs, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, cabinets and kitchen & bath work.
• Ability to accurately estimate labor and material costs for repair sales and change orders.
