Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification upon hire or within one year of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external contractors, tenants, and guests.
• Knowledge of and skill in using a wide range of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs a wide range of building and ground repairs and maintenance functions.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and piping, burners, and minor electrical work.
• Repairs or replaces electrical switches, outlets, lighting, breakers, and fuses.
• Inspects apartments for maintenance work and coordinates with tenants or vacancies.
• Performs groundskeeping tasks such as trimming, mowing, and planting.
• Supports emergency and routine work order management including annual inspections.
