Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Severn, MD is seeking a warehouse associate to pick orders, assemble, palletize, and wrap pallets for shipment. You will operate pallet jacks and other equipment, and work in dry, cooled, or frozen environments to fulfill customer orders.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance, standing and walking for long periods, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and overtime availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately and safely in multi-temperature environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and operate foot controls.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and adapt to warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Locate, lift, and handle various grocery and perishable products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and conduct routine safety inspections.
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items and ensure proper product wrapping to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
