Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and Scrum techniques.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with a wide range of partners.
• Comfort in evolving environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, and Lean in practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for two or more development teams in an Agile SAFe environment.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and release planning.
• Identify blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity.
• Track progress, risks, and metrics; explain why they matter.
• Promote positive team dynamics and psychological safety.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
