Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Area Manager to maximize sales and profit across multiple Houston area stores. You will lead sales associates, recruit and train staff, and ensure adherence to non-negotiable standards of operation.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to execute training programs, with travel to locations as needed. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and will be a plus for the regional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Sales experience is required.
• Bilingual Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff to meet performance targets.
• Coach and develop store teams to improve sales and customer experience.
• Monitor budgets, cash handling, and branch audits.
• Schedule staff and manage workload across locations.
• Travel extensively to supervise stores.
