Job summary

Gumby's, Llc is seeking a Store Manager to oversee multiple stores. You will ensure outstanding customer service, supervise cashiers, and manage scheduling and attendance. The role includes POS operation, stock replenishment, and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies across stores within the region.

The position requires leadership, strong product knowledge, and the ability to handle cash operations and LVL-related duties where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail POS experience preferred.
• Strong English language skills in reading/writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email software and web browsing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores and ensure consistent customer service.
• Ensure cashiers provide accurate POS transactions and proper change.
• Schedule employees, manage attendance, and cover shifts within budget.
• Supervise store operations, loss prevention, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with LVL technicians and manage deposits and change as needed.
