Responsibilities

• Lead by example to maintain Mejuri's customer service standards.
• Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house operations.
• Oversee merchandising, campaigns, and visual standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff and schedule effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to reduce shrink and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
