• Owns and drives results for assigned stores
• Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month
• Maintain store budgets and inventory checks monthly
• Staffing and training of all team members across stores
• Ensure all stores meet Domino's standards and safety procedures
• Ensure on-time reporting and paperwork accuracy at store level
• Maintain equipment, repairs and maintenance in all stores
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly across locations
• Achieve and sustain minimum 4-star level performance in stores
• Manage school lunch programs to standards
• Provide accurate accountability with a paper trail
