Job summary

Domino's in Chesapeake, VA seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure food, labor and service goals are met. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, staffing, safety and training, while sustaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, hands-on operations experience in quick-service restaurants, and the ability to execute company policies across multiple shifts and stores.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores
• Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal
• P&L review with direct supervisor Each Month
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
• Insuring all stores meet or exceed minimum standards
• Staffing and training of all team members
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
• Ensure new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly
• Ensure stores run at a minimum 4 star level
• All reports and paperwork are turned in timely
• Know product and operational standards
• All safety and security procedures are followed
• Store Budgets Maintained
• Inventory checks performed on each store each month
