Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives; lead a team and oversee many stores.
• Assemble management plans; track changes to plans and ensure resolution of critical issues; monitor budgets and costs; deliver presentations and status reports to stakeholders.
