Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Store Manager in the Denver area to drive results across assigned locations. You will oversee food, labor, and service targets, while maintaining payroll, training, and staffing at optimal levels.

The role requires strong operational control, adherence to standards, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, implement new products, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are within targets.
• Review P&L with direct supervisor monthly.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed minimum TIPs and Domino’s pizza standards.
• Ensure all stores are staffed and team members trained.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance in all stores.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Keep stores operating at a minimum 4-star level.
• Perform self audits in first week of each period and address corrections.
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed; paperwork and DO notified.
• Ensure all reports and paperwork are turned in timely.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and operational standards.
• All safety and security procedures are followed; equipment is functional.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver all school lunches to standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and preserve paper trail.
• Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks at each store.
• Maintain and use systems checklist and visit books.
