Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store General Manager in the Denver area to supervise daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitability, ensure adherence to brand standards, and manage staffing, training, and store maintenance to deliver top-quality food and service.

The role requires overseeing budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and team morale.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are within target.
• Perform monthly P&L review with direct supervisor.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s Pizza standards and safety procedures.
• Staff and train team members; oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly across stores.
• Maintain 4-star level operations and complete reporting on time.
