Job summary

Domino's is seeking a store operations leader to drive performance across assigned locations. The role focuses on achieving food, labor and service goals, reviewing monthly P&L with supervisors, and ensuring rigorous adherence to Domino's standards.

The candidate will manage staffing, training, safety, and budgets, while implementing new products and ideas and maintaining high store performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have experience in store operations and profit and loss oversight.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are required.
• Ability to implement standards and drive performance at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Review P&L with direct supervisor monthly.
• Maintain minimum 50 hour work week with cycle on-call.
• Ensure stores meet Domino’s standards and safety procedures.
• Staffing, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure implementation of new products and ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain 4-star store level performance and accountability.
