Job summary

Wendy's Wooster General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction through staffing, training, and efficient operations. This role reports to the franchise leadership and collaborates with district managers.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, local marketing, and quality/ service initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and safety standards. Some travel to other nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years of management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to stand for long periods and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and drives store profitability.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan.
• Hires, trains and manages subordinate managers; maintains bench strength.
• Ensures quality, service and cleanliness standards are met; resolves customer concerns.
• Maintains store budgets, analyzes P&L, and communicates variances to leadership.
