Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests and assist with gaming needs.
• Support visual and operational elements, promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales.
• Promote store initiatives and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates; manage onboarding and training.
