Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of senior retail management experience.
• 3+ years of cannabis retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and P&L accountability in multi-store settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district performance by guiding General Managers and home location.
• Monitor store P&L and close gaps between actuals and projections.
• Ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies across district stores.
• Drive district sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Lead district-wide planning for merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results to leadership and open new stores.
