Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp in Paducah, KY seeks a General line operator to perform duties as line operator, sealer, boxer, bag filler and off-bearer to the conveyor. Employees rotate stations to maintain ergonomics and wear uniform, gloves, cap; hearing protection recommended; safety glasses at bag filling stations. Must be in good physical condition to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.

High School/GED required. $16 per hour. Training in GMP and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical condition; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to follow GMP training and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform line operator duties, sealer, boxer, bag filler and off-bearer to conveyor.
• Rotate between stations on a scheduled basis and follow safety guidelines.
