Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operation to ensure flow of daily production under supervisor direction.
• Improve production yield and efficiency against standard.
• Ensure food safety and quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Promote employee ownership, product understanding, and teambuilding.
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness, including removal of straps, plastic, and boxes.
• Set up tape machines, box code daters, load weight machine and metal detectors with correct information.
