Job summary

The candidate will manage daily paperwork, report equipment or process issues, and coordinate line start and labor needs, ensuring clean, compliant operations and strong interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Willingness to train and support peers in a packing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yield, efficiency, quality, cleanliness, and safety under Shift Supervisor direction.
• Perform daily paperwork and provide corrective action recommendations to Production Manager.
• Ensure equipment, area cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs and safety rules.
• Coordinate line start, changeovers, and labor scheduling with agency staff.
