• Operates equipment safely and correctly.
• Rotates, labels and dates all foods to ensure freshness.
• Follows food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Prepares broiled items per specifications.
• Keeps work station clean and sanitary.
• Coordinates timing with other stations.
