Job summary

Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Maryland is hiring Chicken Cooks to join our team. You will properly cut, clean, prepare and cook our chicken to our company standards in a safe, sanitary, and expeditious manner.

You will operate station equipment safely, maintain clean work areas, label and rotate stock, and assist in other areas as needed by management. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, PTO, health insurance contributions, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares all chicken for cooking.
• Maintains safe, sanitary facilities and uses them safely.
• Sets up, operates, and breaks down station and food production equipment.
• Rotates, labels and dates all stored ingredients for freshness.
• Follows proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Cooks chicken according to Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa specifications.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
• Sends food orders to the expediter in a complete, organized fashion.
• Assists in any area requested by management to meet operation needs.
