Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa in Maryland is hiring Chicken Cooks to join our team. You will cut, clean, prepare and cook chicken to our standards in a safe, sanitary, expeditious manner.

You will support our service goals by serving high quality food in a respectful work environment. Expect to maintain a clean station, follow safety procedures and collaborate with the expediter and team to meet operation needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to cut, clean, prep and cook chicken to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares all chicken for cooking
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
• Cooks chicken following Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa specifications
• Rotates, labels and dates all food stores, ensuring fresh ingredients
• Sends food orders to the expediter in a complete and organized fashion
• Supports operation needs by assisting in any area requested by management
