Job summary

Sky Zone seeks a part-time Crew Member to join our park operations. You will work onsite and rotate through stations such as Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, and Park Training to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience.

Applicants must be 16+ with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and safety certifications are provided; compensation starts at $16.90–$17.90 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety (Court Monitor).
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance (Greeter / Park Support).
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish (Party Host).
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events (Party Coordinator).
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems (Café FOH).
• Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards (Café BOH).
• Greet and check in guests efficiently (Front Desk).
• Complete required onboarding and safety certifications (Park Training).
• Assist with in-park promotions and local community events (Marketing Support).
