You will partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll. The role emphasizes integrity and process improvement, with opportunities to refine systems and support audits.

Qualifications

• California payroll experience for large teams required.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/ADP) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in processing bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce (exempt and non-exempt).
• Ensure accuracy of payroll components: regular earnings (CA regular rate), overtime, bonuses, commissions, garnishments, expense reimbursements, taxes, deductions.
• Prepare off-cycle payments and year-end processes (W-2s, 1095-Cs, ACA reporting).
• Maintain payroll documentation and support audits; partner with HR, Finance and Operations.
