Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with 5–7 years in payroll/benefits administration.
• Experience administering payroll across multiple states and jurisdictions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer multi-state payroll processing and setup, including tax withholding & local requirements.
• Process voluntary deductions, benefit changes, and varied payroll cycles accurately.
• Serve as primary contact with payroll vendors and collaborate with HR/finance teams.
• Review time and attendance records for accuracy and follow up with staff.
• Maintain payroll systems, address tax notices, and support HRIS tasks.
