This is a unique opportunity for an RN who enjoys developing people, building stronger leaders, and improving workforce readiness across skilled nursing communities.

The Learning & Leadership Partner works closely with regional, community, clinical, operational, and Human Resources leaders to strengthen leadership development, clinical learning, career growth, workforce education, and the overall Mission Experience.

Rather than simply delivering training, this role helps build sustainable learning and leadership capabilities within our communities through facilitation, coaching, mentoring, program coordination, and train-the-trainer strategies.

As a Learning & Leadership Partner, you will:

  • Partner with regional and community leaders to identify learning, leadership, workforce, and performance needs.
  • Support Learning & Leadership initiatives in partnership with Operations, Clinical Services, Human Resources, and other departments.
  • Help leaders determine whether needs are best addressed through training, coaching, process improvement, or other support.
  • Support leadership development, coaching, mentoring, career pathways, and programs such as ClinicalU and DiscoverU.
  • Support workforce education programs including CNA, CMA, CPR, competencies, and other designated learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, learning experiences, and leadership development activities.
  • Support learning systems, course administration, completion tracking, and reporting.

  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives including Make a Friend, Competency Coach Champions, community instructors, and peer mentor programs.
  • Provide communities with tools, coaching, and implementation support to help sustain learning and development locally.
  • Monitor participation, implementation, and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across the Learning & Leadership team and assist with department initiatives based on organizational needs and priorities.
What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Skilled nursing experience in learning and development, workforce development, healthcare education, leadership development, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Mission Health communities and other locations as needed.

Preferred:

  • BSN.
  • Experience with adult learning, coaching, mentoring, or train-the-trainer programs.
  • Experience working with learning management systems such as Relias.
Compensation

This position offers an annual salary of $82,500 + bonus potential.

Bonus amounts may vary based on company performance, individual performance, and other applicable factors.
