Job summary

This full-time position involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements concerning employee relations and background checks. The successful candidate will have at least two years of HR, compliance, or related experience, with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance regulations. The role allows some flexibility with work-from-home options and offers a competitive salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compliance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with multi-state HR compliance regulations and employment laws.
• Working knowledge of Form I-9, E-Verify, and background screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations, Unemployment, and Drug Screening.
• Monitor compliance-related concerns and escalate as appropriate.
• Audit systems to ensure accurate compliance data.
