The position is full-time and exempt, located in Arizona, with a pay range of $40,000 to $52,000. The team emphasizes proactive process improvements and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Compliance or legal certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable cannabis laws, rules, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports management of regulatory compliance for all states we operate in.
• Supports management of employee licensing and auditing with HR licensing and compliance.
• Maintains up-to-date state compliance training manuals and trainings in partnership with compliance and management.
• Supports state compliance SOPs and internal mock audit program development.
• Assists operations in evaluating observations, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.
