Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Westchester is seeking energetic coaches to lead soccer and sports classes for children ages 2–10. You will foster confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits in a safe, playful environment while following our curriculum.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, reliable, and ready to learn. Flexible weekday schedules from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and weekend mornings are preferred; on-site role with opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 5 years and under
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
• HIGH ENERGY!
• Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
• Ability to follow curriculum and tailor lessons to developmental level
• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback
• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing
• Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred
