Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking enthusiastic youth coaches to lead soccer and sports classes for children aged 2-10 across CT and adjacent areas. You will foster growth with positive reinforcement, manage inclusive sessions, and collaborate with a supportive team to create a safe, engaging learning environment.

Applicants should be energetic, reliable, and able to travel to multiple locations; prior experience with young children is valued, with paid trainings and bonuses offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 5 years and under.
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality.
• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM.
• Must have reliable means of transportation, vehicle preferred.
• Reimbursement on license and credentials you obtain while working with us upon approval.

The Role

If you've ever been a teacher, babysitter, camp counselor, or simply love working with children, this role is for you!

Location

Classes are held across schools, parks and recreational centers in Inwood, Bronx, Westchester and Lower Fairfield County, CT. Coaches are expected to travel up to 45 minutes to get to a class location. Mileage reimbursement available for coaches traveling more than 15 miles to a location.

• Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level

• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS

• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.

• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.

• Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
