Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking coaches who are energetic, caring role models to lead soccer and sports classes for children. You will create a fun, supportive learning environment that builds confidence and healthy habits, while following our curriculum and adapting activities to each child’s development.

Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to travel to multiple locations in CT; mileage reimbursement is provided. Training, bonuses, and ongoing mentorship are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 5 years and under
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Willing to follow curriculum and tailor lessons to developmental level

The Role

Location

Classes are held across schools, parks and recreational centers in Inwood, Bronx, Westchester and Lower Fairfield County, CT. Coaches are expected to travel up to 45 minutes to get to a class location. Mileage reimbursement available for coaches traveling more than 15 miles to a location.

• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS

• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM.

• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.

• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.

• Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
