Job summary

Super Soccer Stars seeks coaches to lead engaging soccer and sports classes for kids ages 2–10, encouraging growth through positive reinforcement and fun challenges. You’ll cultivate a welcoming, stress-free environment and collaborate with a team that values creativity and your professional development.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to manage groups while following our curriculum and tailoring lessons to developmental levels.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 5 years and under.
• Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality.
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals.
• HIGH ENERGY!
• Comfort with managing groups of children and adults.
• Ability to follow Super Soccer Stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level.
• Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS.
• Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM.
• Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
• Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
