Amazing Athletes is hiring Community Coaches. Earn $25 per hour to start, rising to $30 per hour with performance and program availability. Coaches run 5–25 classes weekly across schools, parks, and community centers with ready-made curriculums and extensive on-the-job training.

Classes are held mostly mornings, afternoons, and some weekends. Travel to various locations within the community is required, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development are offered.

Formación

• Complete a minimum of 12 semester units of coursework in early childhood education or child development.
• At least one course of at least three semester units in each of the core areas: growth, family/community, curriculum, and practices.
• Experience with early childhood education settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide instruction to children across multiple sports with individualized attention to ensure success.
• Maintain a non-competitive environment to keep classes fun and low-stress.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress and celebrate success.
• Attend monthly/weekly/seasonal trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

The Position:

New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week, earn [$25 per hr], and can earn up to [$30 per hr]. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

The Schedule:

The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday-Friday (Times): 800am-12:00pm & 2:00-5:00pm
• Weekends: (Times) 8:00am -1:00pm

The Location:

Classes are held across pre-schools/day-care centers, parks, recreational centers, and elementary schools. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements
