Job summary

ANIMAL DERMATOLOGY GROUP, INC. seeks a Hospital Administrator to lead daily multi-specialty operations across a premier veterinary location.

You will oversee staff performance, client service, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Medical Leads and district leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic, people-focused leader with healthcare or veterinary operations experience, capable of aligning staff across departments to deliver exceptional patient care and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or service-oriented operations preferred.
• Prior leadership, HR, and training experience strongly preferred.
• Veterinary or specialty medical practice experience is a plus.
• Experience in multi-specialty, multi-department, or hospital-wide operations role strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, specialty medicine, or multi-site service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all specialty service lines at the location.
• Oversee staff performance, client service, and financial management.
• Coordinate scheduling, shared resources, and cross-specialty workflows.
• Partner with Medical Directors and district leaders to set goals and ensure compliance.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget adherence; drive growth opportunities.
• Support internal and external marketing initiatives and referrals across specialties.
