Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of the Tenet Healthcare network, is seeking an OR Technician (Multi-specialty) to join the surgical team. The role supports the RN by providing instrumentation, equipment, and supplies within the assigned specialty and participates in the intraoperative care of patients as a scrub resource.

The position requires post-high school vocational training, and OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post high school vocational or specialized training.
• Previous Operating Room experience preferred.
• Graduate of approved program; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intraoperative care and scrub role across surgical procedures.
• Handle instrumentation, equipment, and supplies for assigned specialty; assist with cases and on-call duties.
