The role includes General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Pediatric Care and Oral Surgery, with a focus on modern techniques.

Compensation is production-based (31–34%+), with guaranteed earnings for six months, a $15,000 sign-on, relocation assistance, and license

Qualifications

• Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible for) Arizona State Dental License.
• Experience: Proficient across the listed specialties with modern dental techniques.
• Soft Skills: Patient-first attitude and ability to explain procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• General Dentistry: Exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns with preventative focus.
• Orthodontics: Braces or clear aligners (Invisalign).
• Cosmetic Dentistry: Veneers, bonding, whitening.

Key Responsibilities

• General Dentistry: Perform routine exams, cleanings, fillings, and crowns with a focus on preventative care.


• Orthodontics: Evaluate and treat malocclusions using traditional braces or clear aligners (e.g., Invisalign).


• Cosmetic Dentistry: Design and execute smile transformations through veneers, bonding, and professional whitening.


• Pediatric Care: Provide a gentle, welcoming experience for our youngest patients to build a lifetime of oral health.


• Oral Surgery: Perform extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth) and dental implant placements.

Qualifications

• Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.


• Licensure: Active (or eligible for) Arizona State Dental License.


• Experience: Proven proficiency across the specialties listed above. We value a clinician who stays current with the latest dental technologies and techniques.


• Soft Skills: Exceptional bedside manner, a “patient-first” mentality, and the ability to explain complex procedures in simple terms.

Compensation Structure

• 31%-34%+ of production (based on experience)


• Guaranteed compensation for the first six months


• Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $180,000 and $400,000 annually


• $15,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

4 – 5 Days per week with 1 Saturday/month
