dfwHR in Tucson, AZ is seeking a versatile Dentist to join a high-growth, family-focused practice. You’ll perform general dentistry plus orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric care, and oral surgery in a single-cohesive environment.

The role offers a production-based compensation structure (31–34%+), a guaranteed first six months, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time schedule of 4–5 days with one Saturday per month; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Active or eligible Arizona State Dental License.
• Experience across general, orthodontics, cosmetic, pediatric, and oral surgery.

Responsibilities

• General Dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings, and crowns with a focus on preventative care.
• Orthodontics: braces or clear aligners (Invisalign).
• Cosmetic Dentistry: veneers, bonding, and professional whitening.
• Pediatric Care: gentle, welcoming care for young patients.
• Oral Surgery: extractions (incl. impacted wisdom teeth) and dental implants.

Key Responsibilities

• General Dentistry: Perform routine exams, cleanings, fillings, and crowns with a focus on preventative care.

• Cosmetic Dentistry: Design and execute smile transformations through veneers, bonding, and professional whitening.

Compensation Structure
